This modest commercial building, originally the Salzmann Bakery, in Kingston's waterfront neighborhood, was revitalized by its new owners. This project utilized state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credit programs to realize the full potential of this property, creating new residential and commercial units and bringing new energy to its block overlooking the Rondout Creek.
